Why is my order delayed?
Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen carrier issues.

✏️ Order Changes
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, you may update your shipping address before your order has shipped.
Once a tracking number has been issued, we are unable to make changes.
Please contact us as soon as possible via email or live chat.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s shipped?
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
If you would like to return your order after delivery:
- Items must remain unused and sealed
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Can I choose local pick-up for my order?
Yes, we now offer in-store pickup at select locations.
- Orders are usually ready within 24 hours
- A confirmation email will be sent once your order is ready
Please note:
Pickup is only available after you receive the ready-for-pickup notification.

How do discount codes work?

- Each code is valid for one-time use per customer
